From Rachel: "This song happened at the January 2022 United Adoration Knoxville Songwriting Retreat. Back in a room sat Emily McCoy, Ben Bannister, Karin Simmons, and Justin Carlson. From time to time I would check in on them to see how the song was progressing. Of course, they got a bit stuck at the bridge and the rest is history. It's starting to become a sort of joke that I slide in at the last second and write bridges. I wanted to add this song to this particular project because we had a majority of women in the room. And the song sounded like a throwback to some sort of classic rock feel, and I wanted to share that alongside the wealth of harmonies. But it also just sums up the respect each songwriter who contributed to this song has for one another. So it belongs."
